I Have A Small Cluster Of Bumps On The Top

I have a small cluster of bumps on the top of my labia majora. It's a bit itchy, no pain and some burning. Whenever I seem to get a uti this happens. My GP says it's not a STIS.Should I be worried? I have not been sexually active for 18 months so I'm confused.
