I Have A Small Cut On The Outside Of My

I have a small cut on the outside of my neck, I feel slight dizzyness in my head that is getting slightly worse. I dissinfected it but it feels really strange and Im getting worried. (this only happened about half an hour ago) I dont want to go to a doctor's office now, its really late, what can I do at home?
