I Have A Small Depression On The Right Side Of

I have a small depression on the right side of my forehead, it appeared suddenly and I don't know what it could be, I am also having random pains around my face and head and underneath my eyes, I don't know if those are related or not. The small dent in the forehead cant really be seen from in all lights making it kinda difficult to photograph
