I Have A Small Flat Brown And Redish Spot On

I have a small flat brown and redish spot on my clitoris. I do not know how this happened or why it showed up. It did bleed a little one day. It kind of looks like a blood blister. Should I be concerned and get an appointment with my doctorbright away?
