I Have A Small Flesh Colored Bump On My Lip

I have a small flesh colored bump on my lip it has gotten slightly (talking .005mm) larger I noticed it and freaked out I stuck a needle through it and nothing happened a small amount of blood came out. This was a bad idea I'm sure. Not sure what it is. It isn't painful at all dosnt get irritated unless I play with it and has been on my upper lip for 1 week. But now I'm thinking the worse and it's getting all kinds of tingly. But I think it's just psychosis.
