I Have A Small Hair Line Fracture On The Top

I have a small hair line fracture on the top of my two bones on my right elbow. i have my arm on a sling, I am taking Ibuprofen about every 12 hrs for pain. and I add extra calcium 2000 mg daily instead of 1000 mg and ice it sometimes. Is there anything else I need to do to help it heal?
