I Have A Small Hard Lump That Seems To Be

I have a small hard lump that seems to be attached to the right end of my right clavicle bone with a lot of pain in the neck, collarbone and chest area. It's difficult to bear weight with my right arm because the pain intensifies with any movement or use of the right arm. I'm going to the doctor soon, I would just like to know what to expect
