I Have A Small Lump And Or Bulge On My

I have a small lump and or bulge on my lower right back around the waist line and about 2inches in from the middle of my back. Every once I awhile I will turn a certain way or bend over and I feel a shooting sharp pain in my lower back. PS healthy 30 year old that lifts weights. Any suggestions????
