I Have A Small Lump At The Back Of My

I have a small lump at the back of my throat where my tonsils used to be. It's been there for a few months now and it's pretty much the same colour as the tissue around it. I sometimes get a sharp scratch/ itch from it too that causes me to cough/ feel like I'm chocking. Is this anything to worry about?
