I Have A Small Lump (it Feels Like My Intestine)

I have a small lump (it feels like my intestine) But it's hard and really sore. I just had a baby almost 9 months ago. I don't know if that has anything to do with anything. I see it/find it the most when I'm laying on my back. It's on my right side just to the left of my hipbone. And just need some answers as to what it may be. (Let me also note that I am someone who struggles bad with constipation. I'll maybe have 2 bowl movements a week.)
