I Have A Small Lump (may Be A Hardened Pimple)

I have a small lump (may be a hardened pimple) much smaller than a pea on the top upper right side of my labia majorus. Its form appears to be trying to push itself out and it's itchy at times. What is your prognosis doc and how do you suggest I treat it? THKS... -L.A.
