I Have A Small Lump On My Esophagus (upper). I

I have a small lump on my esophagus (upper). I can feel it with my fingers,however, it isn't painful unless I touch it but it does feel slightly swollen. I'm not sick with a cold or anything. I noticed this lump a few days ago. What does this sound like?
