I Have A Small Lump On The Inside Of My

I have a small lump on the inside of my right thigh right next to my knee. It does not hurt and seemed to come out of nowhere. I have a Dr. apt this week, any idea what it might be? I did leg extensions on Saturday and thought maybe I pulled something? I also do a lot of cardio on the treadmill twice a day. Thank you
