I Have A Small Lumpy Skin Section On The Upper

I have a small lumpy skin section on the upper side of my penis just below the head. I have had it for decades and was told that it was calcified skin. It does not prevent normal sex ejaculation etc nor is it an issue most times. However over the years during some rough oral sex from wifey it has become sore and pus has been excreted. Once or twice a small dark spot [black like] has appeared on the lumpy skin where the pus was excreted but has gradually dissolved after treating the area with Canesten creme. Canesten creme seems to be the only substance that heels it along with abstinence until the skin area recovers. Now there has appeared a small crater like gap in the lumpy skin making the affected area a little tender and it is proving difficult to heal completely.
