I Have A Small Marble Sized Lump At The Back

I have a small marble sized lump at the back of my neck/shoulder area. It is a little sore to the touch and I also have stiffness in both sides of my neck. I am also getting a cold or something similar. Could this be a lymph node? Or could it be something else.
