I Have A Small Pain In My Pelvis For A

I have a small pain in my pelvis for a while now. It sometimes moves to my thigh and what feels like the veins in my testicals. It's like an aching sensation. I'm more scared that it has to do with my testicals. It dosnt hurt when I pee nor when I ejackulate. It most comes up when I'm in bed but when I'm active I feel nothing. What could it be and is it urgent
