I Have A Small Painless Numb Right Near My Pre

I have a small painless numb right near my pre hole it was kind of swollen but has gone down there is no liquid or head i do have hsv2 but this does not look like a break out it kind of itches here and there it is been there over a week now I have not had any sex with new partners just my wife any idea on what it could be?
