I Have A Small Patch Of Poision Oak Or Poison

I have a small patch of poision oak or poison ivy on my behind. It has been there about 3 days and I assume came from washing my clothing with my husband's, who mows lawns. Today as I was showering, I noticed that the lymph node in my groin on that side was swollen and tender to the touch. Can this be because of the rash?
