I Have A Small Pimple-sized Place Above My Upper Lip.

I have a small pimple-sized place above my upper lip. It's been there a while, but doesn't hurt at all, except when I pull the 'scaly' cover off it, then it burns like a hot match. It looks slightly pink and has a slight indention in the center. Should I be concerned?
