I Have A Small Pulsating Bulge On The Right Side

I have a small pulsating bulge on the right side of may neck that is very apparent with my heart beat. My blood pressure is fairly normal, averages plus or minus 130 over 75. My diagnosed hypertension issuing treated with lisinophril and mytropolol. I am being treated for prostate cancer with a chemotherapy called "taxotere." Scheduled for round number seven tomorrow. Is this pulsation of the artery a very dangerous situation??
