I Have A Small Rash On The Upper Part Of

I have a small rash on the upper part of my right arm. It looks like a spider bite and it itches badly. The treatment I am using is over the counter cortaid cream. It looks as if it healing staring from the inside, but it really itches and it looks as if it is starting a small patch right beside it. What can I do to really relieve the itching?
