I Have A Small Red Line On The Bridge Of

I have a small red line on the bridge of my nose. It disappears and reappears occasionally and is always placed exactly at eye level (the length also seems to be from the bottom eyelid to the top eyelid when the lid itself is open) and it's about a centimeter and a half thick at the top, tapering into a triangle and coming to a point at the bottom. I'm not worried but more so curious.
