I Have A Small Soft Movable Ball Under The Floor

I have a small soft movable ball under the floor of my tongue and it looks like a spot i pressed it a bit it went really red like there is blood inside i feel it more when I twists my tongue i will change my tooth brush and see if there is any change what do you think it might be please I am quite worried
