I Have A Small Spot Like Lump Near The Head

I have a small spot like lump near the head of my penis. It suddenly appeared a few days back. It isn't sore. There was a small white head so i popped it like a spot. A small amount of puss came out then blood and a clear liquid. It is still there and now just red with a hole where the head was. How can i get rid of this?
