I Have A Small Swelling Right Side Of Neck Just

I have a small swelling right side of neck just above the collar bone for last few days. I had my blood checks which came normal and my Dr. advised me to take an antibiotic for 5 days which is over and still that swelling persists in same size. Please advise me on what it could be and what should I do to get rid of this
