I Have A Small Thing Under The Skin Of My

I have a small thing under the skin of my armpit, it feels like a grain of uncooked rice . It dosent hurt. It has been there about two months ( maybe longer I am not sure because it is so small) it dosent appear to be changing or growing. I am 31 years old, breastfeeding and otherwise healthy. What could that thing be? Should I be worried?
