I Have A Small Tiny Bump On The Top Of

I have a small tiny bump on the top of my inner labia minora lip just below the clitorus (the lips that cover the vaginal entrance) Had it for two days now and I'm on my period, it's sore to touch and when in contact with clothes, it's hard and itches a bit?!?!
Not sexually active too!
