I Have A Soft Almost Jelly Like Softball Bump On

I have a soft almost jelly like softball bump on my hip. I fall hard on my hip on a hard sharp object (ski). The bruise lastest 2-3 weeks but is now fully gone and the pain is 90% gone as well. But the big soft bump (softball size) is still there and not decreasing. Will this go away or could I have torn a muscle or have a hematoma?
