I Have A Soft Lump On Inside Of My Eight

I have a soft lump on inside of my eight rlbow its not a ganglion cyst its more like a lump that's bruise colored yet spongy and looks white on the skin its more softer than GL cyst but its not fluidy its appox 1 week old raised n it sonetimes fels hot. plz excuse typos as I have brace due to side effects of meds thx
