I Have A Soft Raised Spot On My Side Just

I have a soft raised spot on my side just under my rib cage on my left side. It is about an inch wide and two inches long. It is a soft swelling without pain, fever, or discoloration. It has an area that looks a bit more raised than the rest of it near the center, but it does not appear to be a bite of any kind. i just noticed it yesterday morning while dressing. Should I be concerned?
