I Have A Solid Vascular Mass On My Left Thyroid

I have a solid vascular mass on my left Thyroid that is 2.cm. I have a find needle aspiration biopsy yesterday. I have since been experiencing pain in my throat since. Prior to the procedure I have had severe pain up my right arm and into my right shoulder and chest wall that will not subside. I am on Morphhine ir and morphine ER for genital pain and nothing seems to help no matter what I do. I am at the end of my rope. ss
