I Have A Some Bumps In The Back Of Head.

I have a some bumps in the back of head. and open sore from some boils. some drain with white puss and some blood. some head a head so i popped it. and it still there in the back of my head. some went away and came back. feel like pins stabbing the pimple what is this. I started getting this after gettin a haircut and now the back of head is embarassing and I dont even want to cut my hair anymore..
