I Have A Sometimes Clumpy, But Usually Just Thick Consistent

I have a sometimes clumpy, but usually just thick consistent milky white discharge comming from my pee hole. Its irritable to wipe. There is no burning when i pee and it bleeds only when i seem to wipe too much. Its been hapoening for the last three days, thinking it was maybe a yeast infection... No blood seems to be visible in the urine , and no discoloration ...
