I Have A Son That Has A Very Bad Fishy

I have a son that has a very bad fishy order in his sweat, breath, urine. I know he needs to see a doctor but the family doctor that we have has never smelled this fishy odor. When he works stocking he sweats so bad that the fish odor reeks from his body, his cloths are wet with sweat. I have been in his bathroom after he makes urine and it smells like rotten fish. I need to know if there is a doctor that handles this problem? If any are located in Maryland or Delaware. We live in Dealware. My son also has Ashburge (sp) high function Autism.
