I Have A Son With Aspergers. He Is Now 21

I have a son with Aspergers. He is now 21 years old. I gave him all the social skills therapy and one on one assistance through school. He is on medication for focus and SSRI and sleep. He is in college with assistance but has put on a great deal of weight and picks at his skin. There is so much help for children, but now that he is an adult , what help is available for him? I have also noticed that he has regressed in his social skills and spends all his free time alone.
