I Have A Sore Arm/shoulder Blade Because Of Using A

I have a sore arm/shoulder blade because of using a cane and bearing my weight due to needing a new hip! The shoulder has been hurting all the way to my fingertips at times. Is this simply a tendonitis? I've used Voltarin Gel, Pennsaid...nothing seems to help. Have an Aspercreme Lidocaine patch on right now. HELP!
