I Have A Sore Foot. I Have Heel Pain. I

I have a sore foot. I have heel pain. I looked at symptoms on the computer, and it sounds like "plantar fecheitis". My family doctor said it was "Plantar fechyitis". Will this ever go away? I like running and walking, I hope that I can get the pain to go away. Do you have any good suggestion?
