I Have A Sore Knot That Keeps Coming And Going

I have a sore knot that keeps coming and going on my forehead for about a month. I went to bed and it was not there, got up an hour later and there is a knot the size of a golf ball. Then this morning I wake up and it's gone.. it's sore and I'm having a headache
