I Have A Sore Left Leg. It Mainly Hurts In

I have a sore left leg. It mainly hurts in the middle of the night. it's a throbbing burning pain in my upper leg. Usually the inner or front of the left leg. I have trouble getting comfortable and sleeping through it. any ideas?
I have tried going to a chiropractor which only helps a little. The only drug I take is Prolia (twice a year) injections for Ostiopenia. My internist has no suggestions.
