I Have A Sore Lump ,difficult To Swallow In The

I have a sore lump ,difficult to swallow in the front base of my throat to touch is sore as yeck and feels bruised... I know i have multiple nodules on my thyroid that look to be pre cancerous , but ears nose throat dr. keeps saying every year he waiting for them to get big enough to take a sample. but ive gained weight , feel tired all the time,
