I Have A Sore Neck Down And Around Left Shoulder

I have a sore neck down and around left shoulder blade, no sore jaw, rash on left hand and some head aches on and off, sore throat and coughing on and off too ( throat and coughing can be may allergies outdoor environment)....going on for about a week. Thanks.
