I Have A Sore Of Yellow Colour On Buccal Macusa

I have a sore of yellow colour on buccal macusa of right cheek since 10 days old and it hurts while eating also have a white patch on that side of cheek . Docter prescribed me
Metrojack 400, sm fibro, zincovit and curenext gel for 10 days and writes erythropakila on prescription letter. Do i need to panic because when i looked into internet it says precancerous. I m terribly shocked pls tell what to do but i m taking medicine
also
