I Have A Sore On My Foot. At First I

I have a sore on my foot. At first I thought I had a sticker in it. I looked and I could not find anything in there. It hurts when pressure is applied and when you squeeze it. There are also little red dots on this sore as almost it was blood but nothing wipes off. What do I have?
