I Have A Sore On The Bottom Of My Foot.

I have a sore on the bottom of my foot. I thought it was a wart and have removed it for years, but it is causing me a lot of pain, maybe from scar tissue, and I think I am walking different which is causing pain in the bottom of my toes. I am wondering what it is and am afraid to go to a podiatrist b/c I am on my feet to work.
