I Have A Sore On The Outside Of My Big

I have a sore on the outside of my big toe, it doesn't hurt untill i out shoes on or knock it. When i knocked it the pain was about 5 out of 10. Enough to make me swear! It looks like a white head of a spot around a raised red area, but it is too tough to pop and it reallt hurts!
