I Have A Sore On The Top Of My Right

I have a sore on the top of my right hand, it is pale yellow with a red area around it. it is sore. twice it has scabbed and just comes right back. today it looked fairly dry and healing in am but tonight is sore, swollen and repeating the growth and a little bit bigger in diameter.
