I Have A Sore That Is On Labia Minora That

I have a sore that is on labia minora that seemed like a blister but now I think there is a cut there. It stings when I walk and when I go to the bathroom. I recently wore underwear that was too tight, could that be the cause of this? If so is it possible for it to go away without me seeing a doctor?
