I Have A Sore That Wont Heal On The Corner

I have a sore that wont heal on the corner of my mouth ive tried everything. I suspect parasite which is so gross i no i am the cleanest person i promise. This moves, i cant get things out. Yes i have seen dr.ssss the insist in the US we dont have that issue. I am a food handler meatdept about a yearand ahakf ago webegan importing beef and pork from Mexico. I am not being political but si nce then weirde things likenthis have rum rampant. I cant get a dr. To listen and i fear i am losi ng mybattle lost 4 teeth since this started and horrific bruising help please
