I Have A Sore Throat And Eye Discharge. I Went

I have a sore throat and eye discharge. I went to urgent care and they prescribed me sulfactamide ophthalmic drops but it is not improving- he thought it was more coincidence and the goopy eye was irritation from contact lenses. Could this be something else?
