I Have A Sore Throat/ Difficultly Swallowing, Loss Of Voice,

I have a sore throat/ difficultly swallowing, loss of voice, fatigued and slight stuffy nose... I have no discoloration on the back of my throat from what I can see but my neck and glands are swollen. Also, my throat is in most pain when I'm sleeping which makes it hard to get decent rest. Do you know what this might be?
